Victory in Rosario: In the month of January we had three to get baptized: Yazmin, Rodrigo, and Belen. Yazmin has attended our church for a few years now but had never publicly professed faith in Christ. Rodrigo and Belen came to our Youth Conference in August of last year, and began faithfully attending the church. A few months later both trusted in Christ and began discipleship. Please pray for their spiritual growth.
Faith in Pergamino: We had our first baptism in Pergamino this last month. Lucas professed his faith in Jesus on the 28th of January. What a blessing to see Lucas take this step of obedience. His twin brother Nicholas is preparing for the ministry, and helps with our youth meetings. Pray for their mother Sandra, who has been faithfully attending Sunday services. She is receiving treatments for cancer, pray for her salvation.
Camp: We just finished our teen camp for this year, and it was the largest so far. There were 105 campers, plus workers, a few small children, and one puppy named Oliver. In total 122 people were at the camp this year, and the camp facilities were maxed out. One young man wrote me after the camp and said… “I’m going to give 100% to Christ, because He is worthy of that.” .
Building: So far we have received $38,300 which places us at 70%. We are making good progress, and I’m praying that within 5 months we will be worshipping in the new church building.
Prayer Points:
- For the remaining funds to come in for the church building.
- For the men training for the ministry, currently 6 men in our two churches are studying for the ministry.
- Paperwork for Elena. We need her US and Argentine passports.
- For our family conference at the end of this month.
